Quotable:

Marshall libero Claire Moats: “Things weren’t clicking the way they did in the past. We had individual moments, but overall we weren’t cohesive. It’s mental. Our energy level wasn’t stable. It wasn’t very high even during the high points.”

Marshall Risejah Velasco: “Our hitting was pretty good, but our passing needed some work. We need to serve better consistently and anticipate the ball and read the hitter on the other side. Sometimes we will be enthusiastic and the next moment we are delfated.”
