Flintridge Prep has gotten off to a very solid start to the 2017 boys basketball season.

After victories over Rosemead and South Pasadena, the Rebels improved to 3-0 with its 57-29 victory over AGBU of Canoga Park in pool play of the Providence Tournament.

Nick Davis led the way with 15 points, and Majeed Ismail added 13 points.

Prep outscored the Titans in each of the four quarters Thursday night.

Jonathan Le chipped in with 9 points and each Brandon Gunning, Zach Kim and Matthew Ho contributed 4 points apiece.

The Rebels got one basket each from Jack Cartwright, Kevin Ashworth, Jon Au and AJ Nicassio.

Prep will face tournament host, Providence tonight (Friday) at 6.
