The Panthers fell in their Prep League opener to Mayfield.
But on Friday, Sarah Johnson scored 19 points and Kylie Kishi added 12, and Poly handled Monrovia, 45-31, to improve to 6-1 on the season.
Keara Caragher had 8 points and Alexis Pappachan finished with 6.
Poly will travel to take on South Pasadena on Tuesday at 5.
