OK, so the headline is a little misleading.
La Salle hadn’t won a game in exactly two weeks.
But, they only played twice in those 14 days.
Darius Henderson had a team-high 18 points in the Lancers’ 49-34 victory over Gahr in Cerritos on Friday night.
Jason McDonald added 11 points for La Salle.
It was a good test run before they take the 120-mile trip to San Diego.
La Salle will head out to play in the Mt. Carmel Tournament and are guaranteed four games.
The Lancers’ first round game will be Wednesday against Helix (7-2) of La Mesa at 3:30.
