Accomplishment(s): The Minutemen sophomore guard scored 80 points, grabbed 18 rebounds, dished out 7 assists and had 10 steals this week in San Diego. Maranatha coasted to the SoCal Holiday Classic championship. MHS defeated Golden Valley, O’Connor, Oceanside and Scottsdale Christian Academy, and by a margin of 253-156. Yaacoubian’s numbers would have been much higher had they not blown out three of their four opponents, and she earned Tournament MVP honors.
