Accomplishment(s): The Lancers sophomore forward had four goals and three assists in a pair of Duarte Tournament games this week. That included a hat trick (three goals) in the 4-0 victory over Alhambra. What made Rivero’s effort even more impressive was the fact that the Lancers were shorthanded as six of their players went on vacation and leaving the team with just 11 (2 subs) players. Rivero has a team-best 7 goals and 6 assists in the Lancers’ first 9 games.
