Both Pasadena and Muir had Pacific League mismatches Tuesday evening.

The Bulldogs and Mustangs knew they couldn’t look past anyone, but you can’t blame both sides for anxiously anticipating Friday’s showdown at
Maranatha at 8.

For PHS, they took down Burroughs, 78-41, on Tuesday in a road victory.

Bryce Hamilton led the Bulldogs ( with 22 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists.

Tavian Percy finished with 17 points, 4 assists and 3 steals.

And the quarterback, Darius Brown II, scored 13 points on 5 of 8 shooting.

DBII also had 4 rebounds, and a team-high 6 assists.

Darius Mason added 5 points and 3 assists, while Kalonji West, Roman Soloman, Jesse Watkins and Omari Moore each scored 4 points apiece.

The Bulldogs shot 53 percent, making 35 of 56 shots.

The only area PHS struggled was in its 4 of 17 effort from beyond the 3-point arc.

PHS will face Muir on Friday at Maranatha at 8 with first place in the Pacific League on the line.
