Mayfield couldn’t have dominated Firebaugh more than they did on Tuesday.
Their pitcher, Jaylin Domingo, threw a five-inning perfect game to get the win.
She struck out four Falcons’ batters.
Domingo also helped her cause at the plate with three singles, two runs scored and an RBI.
Sophomore Taylin Yankovich went 2 for 3, including her first career home run and she drove in a game-high 5 RBIs.
Alyssa Romo added two singles, three runs scored and an RBI and Julia Watson finished with two hits, including a triple and an RBI and run scored.
Malayna Domingo went 3 for 3 (all singles) and scored three times.
Mayfield will travel to Chadwick on Friday at 3:30 for another Prep League battle.
