Accomplishment: The Bulldogs senior and co-captain had a huge week-nine effort in which PHS defeated visiting Burroughs, 35-32, in a Pacific League showdown. Langley rushed for over 220 yards on 25-plus carries and that included two TD runs. The most important of the two was a 71-yard sprint that gave PHS a late lead that it would not relinquish. With the win, Pasadena now faces Muir at the Rose Bowl this coming Saturday at 11 a.m. The winner finishes in fourth place and the loser will be one-game back in fifth in the Pacific League standings.
