The growing pains for St. Francis’ first varsity water polo team in nearly 20 years continued on Friday.

The Golden Knights fell, 20-6, at Crespi, and have just three more games until their season comes to an end.

It might not seem like it, but coach Brady Lowdermilk did exemplary work in getting the Golden Knights back in the pool, let alone being competitive in most of their games.

Aidan Marick and Elijah Havens have carried the St. Francis offense all year.

On a bright note for St. Francis, the Golden Knights junior varsity team beat Crespi by a score of 8-5.

Brandon Markarian scored twice for St. Francis.
