Flintridge Sacred Heart got three wins over the weekend in San Diego at the So Cal Invitational over Westridge, Chino Hills and Westview of San Diego.

Kayla Lund, the future Univ. of Pittsburgh star, had 49 kills 48 digs and 8 aces (combined) in those five matches.

Ellis DeJardin added 41 kills and 21 digs, and Cate Doud added 71 assists.

Colleen Clapp was also dominant with 72 assists.

FSHA’s two losses came at the hands of Notre Dame Prep of Scottsdale, Arizona, and San Diego’s Del Norte.

In the win over Westridge, the Tologs won 25-14 and 25-16.

They improved to 18-7 and are coming off do-or-die victories in Mission League play over Alemany and Louisville.

Had FSHA dropped either Mission League contest, its playoff chances would have likely disappeared.

Both matches saw the Tologs win via sweep.
