Accomplishment: Panajotovic has been arguably the area’s best all year. She lived up to status of being the Cubs No. 1 singles player by going 6-0 in Mayfield’s two playoff matches. Panajotovic won those six playoff matches (against Rowland and Great Oak) by a combined score of 36-4. Panajotovic also played a key role in securing the Prep League title. An 11-7 team loss in the second round of the playoffs to Great Oak ended Mayfield’s season.
