Flintridge Prep trailed for most of Saturday’s third-place game against JSerra in the Cantwell-Sacred Heart Tournament.

But a 13-5 advantage in the fourth quarter was enough to overcome JSerra, and the Rebels locked up third place.

Renae Tamura had 12 and Kaitlyn Chen added 11 for Prep.

Julia Ackerman led the Lions (9-5) with 14 points and Sarah Shaw scored 13.

Both teams had just four players each that scored on Saturday.

Prep (12-2) went 4-1 in the tournament, and will open Prep League play Thursday when they host Rio Hondo Prep (5-7) at 4:30.
