Jonny Samuels added 6 points for Prep, and despite scoring just 2 points, Jonathan Au made his presence felt with 8 rebounds.
Mike Tsogt led the Kares with 19 points.
Prep will host Firebaugh tonight (Friday) at 7 as Prep League play continues.
