Brianna Sanchez left her mark on Thursday’s 14-0 Horizon League victory over second-place Ramona Convent.

Sanchez shut down the Tigers on one hit and struck out three.

But she did equally as much damage with her bat.

Sanchez went 3 for 4 with two runs scored and three RBIs.

Delaney Brancheau also had three hits, drove in three runs and scored four times.

Alicia Mercado added three hits, scored twice and drove in two runs.

Alex Barroso had one hit and three RBIs.

Sanchez and Brancheau both homered for the Jags.

Alverno won’t play again until April 25 when they will take on Holy Family at the Glendale Sports Complex at 3:30.
