Pasadena City College men’s soccer team forward Artin Almary, a two-year letterman and No. 20 on the Lancers all-time scoring list, has signed as scholarship offer to attend NAIA Kansas Wesleyan University. Almary was the team’s top scorer as a freshman and tied for the PCC points lead as a sophomore in 2016.

He tallied seven goals and three assists for 17 points to tie freshman teammate and midfielder Yader Rodriguez for overall points. An All-South Coast Conference Second Team selection, Almary is a product of Hoover High in Glendale and played for head coach Henry Cabral as the Lancers reached the third round of SoCal Regionals this past season.

Almary is the first Lancer since Francisco Cantero (2010 Lancers) to move on to Kansas Wesleyan.
