La Salle is off to a solid start in the 2018 season and that continued Thursday.
The Lancers, one day after sweeping Long Beach Wilson, took down another Long Beach area school in three games.
La Salle swept Gahr by scores of 25-17, 25-8 and 25-15.
Claire Forrest led the way offensively with 11 kills.
Tori Ashkinos had 8 digs, Sophia Anderson had 3 aces and Sofia Sanchez chipped in with 6 kills.
La Salle has matches against Cypress, Sierra Canyon and Flintridge Sacred Heart next week.
