For those who continue to overlook the Pasadena High School football program a month into the season, these Bulldogs aren’t going anywhere and they’re not going to lay down for anyone.

PHS used a 27-point second quarter to pull away from Glendale in the Pacific League opener and were never challenged.

Pasadena earned the 48-7 road victory behind their 6-foot-3 quarterback, Andreas Solling.

Solling threw four touchdown passes on Friday night, including two to Jeremiah Hutchins in the first half.

Hutchins had north of 80 yards receiving, the two scores and he ran for another.

PHS will travel to Crescenta Valley on Friday at 7.

CV defeated Muir, 31-7, in the Pacific League opener for the Falcons and Mustangs.
