Accomplishment(s): Perrantes did something Thursday night that had not been done in Jim Bonds’ 18 years as the Golden Knights head coach. No quarterback over that period of time had ever thrown for SIX touchdowns in their first varsity start like Perrantes did Thursday. The SF junior also threw for 305 yards and led the Golden Knights to a 48-21 victory over Mira Costa. Perrantes had TD passes of 38, 23, 64, 53, 45 and 8 yards. He hit Greg Dulcich three times on scoring strikes and Blake Howard, Isaac Cordova and Andrew Monarrez each had one TD reception in SF’s season-opening win.
