Tiffany Godley and her teammates keep fighting, but this hasn’t been the season both Godley and Maranatha were hoping to have.
Second-place Valley Christian of Cerritos swept the Minutemen, 25-10, 25-12 and 25-18 on Senior Night.
Godley had a team-high 8 kills and also pitched in 14 digs.
Lauren Ramirez added 19 digs and Sophie Berry finished with 9 assists.
Maranatha will close out their season next Tuesday at first-place Village Christian.
