The Rebels took a 20-point lead into half and never looked back.
Prep got 14 points from Jonathan Le and 10 from Zach Kim to breeze by Rosemead, 56-40 in the season opener for both schools.
Dylan Ip led Rosemead with 14.
Nick Davis and John Lytle had 9 points each for the Rebels, and Kevin Ashworth added 6.
Prep will face South Pasadena next Wednesday in the Providence Tournament at 7:30.
