You know it’s a mismatch when one player from the winning team scores nearly three times what their opponent scored.
Such was the case on Wednesday afternoon for Poly.
The Panthers hosted the overmatched Falcons, and it was never a game.
Kylie Kishi had 28 points and Poly cruised, 72-11, to stay within one-game of Flintridge Prep in the Prep League.
Alexis Pappachan added 14 points and both Christian Panossian and Sarah Johnson had 9 points apiece.
Shannon Dilbeck chipped in with 8 points and Sarah Thein had 4
Poly will travel to Rio Hondo Prep on Friday at 4:30 as Prep League play heats up.
