There is never an off night in the Mission League.
Even when you’re playing solid basketball, sometimes it’s not enough.
DJ McDonald had a game-high 29 and Alemany got by St. Francis, 84-65, in a Mission League game on Friday night.
Brandon Whitney and Fred Odhiambo each scored 13 points apiece for the Warriors.
Andre Henry led St. Francis with 22 and Javon Jones added 15 for the Golden Knights.
St. Francis (2-8 in league) will close out their season with two games next week.
The Golden Knights will host Harvard-Westlake on Wednesday and travel to Sherman Oaks to battle Notre Dame on Friday night.
Both games will tip off at 7.
