Harvard-Westlake is the reigning CIF-SS Division 1A champion, and with much of the credit to a freshman and sophomore.

The sophomore transferred out, but Johnny Juzang is picking up where he left off after a great freshman campaign last season.

Juzang led all scorers with 31 points and his Wolverines defeated St. Francis, 57-41, on Wednesday in the next to last Mission League battle of the season for the Golden Knights.

St. Francis was le by Andre Henry’s 16 points.

The Golden Knights also got 10 from Javon Jones and 9 points from Dennis Flowers III.

St. Francis will end its season on Friday when they travel to last past Notre Dame of Sherman Oaks at 7.

The Knights are just 1-10 in Mission League play.
