Alvie Castro is off to an incredible start to his senior season at Pasadena.
The 6-foot right-handed pitcher is 3-0 and has yet to surrender a run in 17 innings pitched.
Castro kept that up Thursday by going 7 scoreless and the Bulldogs hammered St. Anthony, 11-0.
Castro gave up three hits and struck out two on 71 pitches.
Adrian DePasquale went 3 for 3 with two singles, a double and he drove in a pair of runs.
David Banuelos singled, had a sac fly and drove in three runs for PHS.
Connor Terry went 2 for 4, scored once and drove in a run.
Castro finished 1 for 4 with a run and RBI.
Nik Moran, Dominic DePasquale and Jonluke Goldman each had RBIs for the Bulldogs.
PHS has a Saturday morning game with a location and opponent that has yet to be announced.
