Pasadena bounced back one day after Monday’s disappointing loss to then-winless Paramount.

Jacob Green went all seven innings, allowing two runs on four hits and he struck out seven to earn the 5-2 victory at Summit.

PHS out-hit Summit 12-5.

Alvie Castro paced the Bulldogs offense again.

Castro went 3 for 3, including a triple.

He scored twice and drove in a run.

David Banuelos had two hits and a pair of RBIs.

Adrian DePasquale went 2 for 4 with an RBI and run scored.

Hugo Escobedo added two hits and an RBI.

Robert Olivades, Nik Moran and Connor Terry each had one hit Tuesday for the Bulldogs.

Robert Castillo was saddled with the loss for Summit.

He went the first six innings, allowing four runs (three earned) on 10 hits.

If Mother Nature doesn’t intervene, Pasadena is set to host Warren (8-3) today (Wednesday).
