Miles Johnson has made it to the CCCAA state track and field meet this week.
Brennan Doyle, Martin Swan and Miles Johnson have all qualified from the Pasadena City College men’s track and field team for this week’s CCCAA State Championships meet to be held at Bakersfield College May 18-19.
PCC placed 15th at the SoCal Championships held at San Diego Mesa College on May 11-12. Doyle was fifth at the SoCals in the 400 meters with a time of 47.96 seconds. Swan also placed fifth in the 110-meter hurdles at 14.97 seconds.
Johnson made it in the high jump as one of 12 competitors in that event. Johnson jumped 1.95 meters for seventh place at SoCals.
The Lancers trio are directed by PCC head coach Innocent Egbunike and assistant coach Pat Williams.
