Quotable:
Marshall coach Sang Lee: “It was a big win for us because we just came off a league loss. It’s a confidence booster, and I have a feeling every single league match will matter this year. We played more consistently today, and I’m proud of the way we battled. We can still improve on certain areas, so I’m hopeful we will continue to grow.”
Marshall setter Bora Lim: “Our teamwork was good and we didn’t lose our focus. We kept our momentum on and I’m really proud of the whole team. We played a lot differently than last time. We never looked at the scoreboard. We weren’t playing frantic. If we keep playing more and more like this, I think we will have a good season.”
