Coming off a weekend loss in the Rose Bowl to John Muir in the Turkey Tussle, Pasadena High School’s squad is advancing to the CIF Ford Southern Section Division 11 playoffs that begin this week.
The Bulldogs have not made it into the playoffs since 2011.
In the 1st round Coach Shamburger’s Bulldogs, coming in at 5 – 5 as the Pacific League at-large team, will face the Santa Paula High School Cardinals, 9-1-0 and the #1 team of the Citrus Coast League.
The game will be played at 7:30 pm on Friday, November 2 at Santa Paula High School. Santa Paula High School is located at 404 N. 6th St., Santa Paula. For information call (805) 525-4400.
Ticket prices are $10.00 general; $5.00 student (with ID) and $5.00 child (5-13 years).
The winner of this game moves on to the Quarterfinal game to be played on Friday, November 9.
