Tamura had 22 points for a Rebels team that led 44-17 after three periods.
La Salle (0-1) was able to outscore Prep, 27-17 in the fourth quarter to make the score look closer than it was.
Kaitlyn Chen added 14 points, Taylor Yoshida had 10, while Andie Kim chipped in with 9.
Prep (1-0) won’t play again until Tuesday when they take on Louisville at 8 in the Providence Tournament, while La Salle gets Flintridge Sacred Heart today.
