The La Salle girls basketball program continues to roll.
The Lancers blew out St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy Tuesday night, 69-16, and kept a lock on first place in the Santa Fe League standings.
Every member of the La Salle roster that was suited up scored at least a bucket Tuesday night.
Julia Macabuhay led the Lancers with 15 in limited time (because of the blowout) and Nicole Ortiz had 14.
Katie Perez chipped in with 10 points, Bri Antillon had 9 and Alyssa Arroyo had 7.
It wasn’t all about the offense, though, as La Salle held the Warriors to just 6 second-half points.
Also scoring for the Lancers include: Gil So (4 points), Skylar Uzeta (3), Arielle Fong (3), Grace Fallar (2) and Crystal Ramirez (2).
La Salle has a huge home game on Thursday when Mary Star of the Sea, which is 2-0 in league, comes to town at 7.
Natalia Gutierrez led the Warriors with 9 points, Lauren Cabrera had 3 and both Kayla Maldonado and Julissa Jimenez had 2 points.
