Blair has using a balanced attack to win big Rio Hondo League games.
And Wednesday night was no different, as the Vikings had five players with at least 6 points to hold off a very game Monrovia squad.
Blair outscored Monrovia, 25-20 in the decisive fourth quarter to get past the Wildcats, 68-61.
Jack Dakan had a game-high 21 points for Blair, but it was is 15 in the final period that keyed the Vikings victory.
Dakan had five 3-point baskets, including three 3-pointers in the fourth period. He also mae 7 of 8 from the charity stripe in the final 8 minutes.
Jordan Hall was huge with 18, Dallas Murray had 14, Gabe Snow 9 and Curt Johnson 6.
Ajay Woods led Monrovia with 17 points, and Jayden Scott had 15.
Blair will host last place South Pasadena (6-12, 0-3) on Friday at 7.
The Vikings lost its Rio Hondo League opener at La Canada, but now have consecutive wins over third place San Marino and fourth-place Monrovia.
