La Salle knew to have a shot at the Santa Fe League title it would need to win out until the season finale with first-place Bellarmine-Jefferson.
So far, so good.
The Lancers dropped St. Pius, 55-15, Thursday night.
Grace Fallar led La Salle with 12 points and Julia Macabuhay had 11.
Gil So and Jennifer Payne had 6 points apiece.
Crystal Ramirez and Bri Antillon both scored 5 for the Lancers.
La Salle finishes out the regular season with Tuesday’s road game at Mary Star of the Sea at 7, and Thursday’s home game versus Bell-Jeff at 7.
