Brennah Bronk has started her sophomore season in style.

For the second time in three games, Bronk not only dominated in the circle, but she also did her damage at the plate.

Bronk went all five innings, allowing just one run.

But she saved her best with her bat, going 2 for 2 with two runs scored and she drove in three runs.

Vivian Wheeler had three hits and two runs scored.

Catalina Alonso had two hits, including a double, one run scored and three RBIs.

Alonso’s two-run base hit gave Poly the win via the mercy rule.

Ella Cornwell and Laura Chen scored two runs apiece for the Panthers (2-1).

Poly will next host Alverno Heights Academy next Tuesday at 3:30.
