Maranatha scored in each of the first five innings and earned its first Olympic League victory of the year.
The Minutemen pounded out 15 hits and defeated Heritage Christian, 10-3, on Friday evening.
Charles Acker and Kalani Chang both had two hits apiece, and two RBIs.
Trevor Mars drove in two runs as well, and went 1 for 4.
The quick Maranatha start saw them take a 10-2 lead through five innings.
Marco Martinez, Casey Popham, Dante Campione and Max Blessinger each collected two hits of their own for the Minutemen.
Evan Chang, Trevor Marrs and Dawson Netz combined to go all 7 innings on the mound and they surrendered a combined two earned runs on 7 hits, while striking out five Heritage Christian batters.
Benji Foyle had a tough go at it for the Warriors.
Foyle allowed 8 runs on 12 hits and walked two over four innings.
Alex Jolley and Charles Minderhout both had two base hits and a single RBI.
Heritage Christian fell to 5-5 overall and 0-3 in the Olympic League.
Maranatha is now 5-2, and evened their league record at 1-1.
The Minutemen will continue league play Tuesday when they face Valley Christian at Brookside at 6.
