Accomplishments: Bronk did a little of everything to help Poly start Prep League play 2-0. She pitched 12 innings in wins over then first-place Mayfield and later against Westridge. Bronk didn’t allow an earned run and struck out 19 batters. At the plate, Bronk went 4 for 7 with two doubles, scored four runs and drove in three more. The Panthers defeated Mayfield, 5-4, and then took out Westridge, 10-3.
