Eric Rivero continues his excellence on Thursday in a pair of wins in the Duarte Tournament.

Rivero had a hat trick (three goals) in the early, 4-0 victory over Alhambra and then the senior had another score in the 3-0 conquest over Maranatha.

Rivero had two first-half goals in the win over the Moors and one more in the second half, and then he added a second-half score versus the Minutemen.

Corbin Jones had a goal in the second half of the first game.

Brandon Clarizio scored two of the three Lancers’ goals in the second game, including one in each half.

CJ Rettig had a combined 7 saves and Mario Veliz had one save as the tandem kept two opponents scoreless.

La Salle is 4-0-1 since starting the season 1-2.

The Lancers will have two more games today (Friday) at 8:40 a.m. and 3:30.
