Flintridge Prep kept it close throughout and trailed by just 3 points heading into the fourth quarter of Thursday’s Santa Barbara Tournament contest with Flintridge Prep.
But Olympia used an 8-point surge in the fourth to outlast the Rebels, 60-49, in the tournament.
Because of the ongoing fires in the Santa Barbara Tournament, the games have been played at both Westlake and Chatsworth High.
Lucas Bowser led Olympia with 20, and Ketner Young finished with 13 points.
Jonathan Le paced the Prep scoring with 11 and both Jack Cartwright and Majeed Ismail had 9 points each.
Prep will face Santa Barbara on Friday at 4 p.m. at Westlake High School.
