Pasadena is going to have to play its best game of the year if it hopes to get in the win column against undefeated Arcadia as Pacific League action begins for both schools.

The Bulldogs have been outscored by a 118-23 margin and have given their two quarterbacks very little protection to get anything done.

Pasadena is coming off its bye week.

The Apaches are coming off a victory last week over visiting Maranatha and have beaten their three opponents by a margin of 96-41.

Pasadena has a solid core of athletes, and maybe Friday will be its breakout game and is able to get back on track.
