Pasadena is doing what it needs to do to be in a position to earn a potential playoff berth.

The Bulldogs are beating the teams they’re supposed to, and they’re battling those above them in the Pacific League standings.

On Tuesday, Pasadena was supposed to get a win and they did so.

The Bulldogs swept a struggling Hoover team by scores of 25-5, 25-11 and 25-8.

Senior Sophie Lindsay led the way with 15 assists and 2 kills.
Senior Taurie Magee had a team-high 8 kills.

Junior Divine Johnson chipped in with 5 kills.
And Junior Elise Valdez added 10 aces and 14 digs.

PHS will travel to Glendale on Thursday for a 4:45 league match.
