Their record isn’t what they had hoped it would be, but Maranatha continues to show pride and heart and battles throughout.
The Minutemen fell in an Olympic League nail-biter on Tuesday.
Whittier Christian earned a 25-17, 25-15, 17-25, 21-25, 16-14 victory over Maranatha.
Tiffany Godley led the way with 14 kills and 14 digs.
Mikayla Murphy added 6 kills and 6 blocls.
Ella Brandstater had a team-high 30 digs.
Maranatha will travel to Village Christian on Thursday at 6:15 when they take on the Olympic League leader.
