If this is her last run as a prep volleyball player, Allison Martinez is going to make it memorable.
The Westridge senior and her teammates moved up from CIF-SS Division 4 to Division 3 this year, which was significant.
But the Tigers looked like the Prep League champions on Tuesday night in their postseason opener.
Westridge swept visiting Cajon, 25-21, 25-12 and 25-13.
Martinez led the way with 20 kills, 8 aces and 4 digs in the sweep.
Her tag-team partner, Makana Meyer was solid as well.
Meyer finished with 11 kills, 5 digs and an ace.
Eryn Boken added 11 kills, 4 digs and an ace as the three seniors (Martinez, Meyer, Boken) all took over in their final postseason together as a group.
Krystal Raymundo chipped in 37 assists, 12 digs and an ace.
Julia Cruz had 14 digs and 2 aces.
Westridge will travel to the winner of the Burbank Burroughs-Norco winner on Thursday night for a second-round match up.
