In the last year-plus, Pasadena rarely lose basketball games.

But when they do, far more times than not, they fall behind early and play catch up.

Such was the case Wednesday when Santa Margarita took a 11-point lead into the break at halftime.

As they always do, because of their talent, heart and pride, the Bulldogs fought all the way back and forced their second consecutive overtime game in the Damien Classic.

Unfortunately, after the comeback, Santa Margarita dominated in overtime and earned the 59-50 victory.

Bryce Hamilton led PHS with 19 points, 2 rebounds and 2 blocks.

Darius Brown II finished with 12 points, 4 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals.

Tavian Percy added 10 points, 5 boards and 3 assists.

Darius Mason chipped in with 5 points and 3 points.

PHS will be back on the court Friday at 1 at Damien in the fifth-place bracket against Rancho Christian.
