It isn’t home, but it must feel that way for Santa Barbara High School.

Their boys basketball tournament was moved to Chatsworth and Westlake because of the ‘Thomas Fire’ but that hasn’t affected the Dons so far.

Morgan Peus scored a game-high 26 and Santa Barbara cruised by Flintridge Prep, 65-51, on Friday, and improved to 5-0 on the season.

Santa Barbara used a 40-26 advantage in the second half to pull away from the Rebels (3-8).

Jonathan Le paced Prep with 15, AJ Nicassio had 7 and both Jack Cartwright and Nick Davis had 6 points apiece for the Rebels.

Jackson Hamilton finished with 11 for the Dons and Jasper Johnson had 9.

Prep will finish out tournament play against Westlake at noon on Saturday.
