Bishop Montgomery has competed in the 2017-18 girls soccer season for 50 days, and over that time, the Knights hadn’t lost once.
Enter La Salle and junior Croix Soto, and she put an end to that.
Soto scored goals in the first and second half and led the Lancers to a 2-0 victory over Bishop Montgomery in a Del Rey League contest on Tuesday.
La Salle will travel to Lakewood on Thursday to take on Saint Joseph at 5.
