There wasn’t much doubt who would win Friday’s Prep League game between first-place Flintridge Prep and last-place Firebaugh.
But every game in league matters, especially considering Prep and their arch rivals Poly are undefeated.
Nick Davis made sure the Rebels stayed unbeaten in Prep League play.
Davis had a career-high 24 points in Prep’s 80-29 victory.
Jonathan Le and AJ Nicassio poured into 11 points apiece for the Rebels.
Alejandro Favela paced Fireabaugh with 12 points.
Prep will host Rio Hondo Prep on Tuesday at 7:30 in another Prep League game.
