Poly earned its way into the CIF-SS Division 4A quarterfinals.
Barely.
The Panthers were outscored 12-3 in the fourth quarter Saturday night at Notre Dame of Riverside.
Poly, though, showed its mettle, and held on to the 38-36 victory.
Sarah Johnson led the Panthers with 17 points and Kylie Kishi added 13.
Keara Caragher finished with 4 points, and both Sarah Thein and Alexis Pappachan contributed 2 points apiece.
Poly will host Maranatha (16-11) on Wednesday night at 7.
The Lady Minutemen defeated CAM, 64-45, on Saturday night.
