For the second time in 10 days, FSHA and La Salle met in a softball game.

The first was a tournament (San Marino) game and Tuesday’s was a nonleague contest at La Salle.

Both the Lancers and Tologs have now earned a victory over the other and it took both programs 9 runs to do so.

On Tuesday, La Salle got 3 first-inning runs, and 6 more in the bottom of the sixth inning to claim the 9-4 victory.

Collette Allen went the distance in the circle to get the win.

Allen surrendered four runs on seven hits.

She walked just one and struck out 8.

Courtney Rasic went the first 5 1/3 innings and her defense struggled a bit behind her.

Rasic allowed 9 runs, but only 4 were earned, and La Salle banged out 9 hits.

Rasic walked 6 and struck out 2 Lancers’ batters.

Amanda Ramirez tripled and had 2 RBIs for FSHA, Rasic had a double and RBI, Alli Lombardo singled and drove in a run and Sarah Peck had a pair of singles for the Tologs.

Kat Yuzefpolsky went 3 for 5 and scored twice for La Salle.

Kate Mena had a pair of hits and drove in two runs for the Lancers.

Allen helped her own cause with a double, run scored and three RBIs.

La Salle will travel to South Pasadena on Friday at 3:30.

FSHA will host the Notre Dame Academy on Thursday at
