Dawson Netz continues to dazzle on the mound.

The 6-foot-1 junior shut out Brighton 4-0 on just three hits on Wednesday.

Netz didn’t walk a batter and he fanned eight.

Netz has gone 31 straight innings without allowing a run, and over the last three games alone, he’s walked one batter and has struck out 31.

Alex Hansen was saddled with the loss, allowing four runs over 6 2/3 innings.

Hansen surrendered eight hits, walked two and struck out 10 Maranatha batters.

Max Blessinger went 2 for 4 and scored once from the leadoff spot.

In two games in Florida, Blessinger is 5 for 8 wit a pair of doubles.

Luke Watson had two hits in four at-bats, including a doubles and two RBIs.

Brock Vradenburg went 2 for 4 with an RBI and Nick Iverson collected two hits and scored two runs for the Minutemen.

River Terry, Brennan Holligan and Julian Greenwood had the three base hits against Netz.
