Poly junior Brennah Bronk had quite the Thursday afternoon.
Bronk was one error from enjoying a five-inning perfect game in the circle.
She ‘settled’ for the no-hitter and struck out six.
Bronk wasn’t done yet.
She belted a grand slam and led Poly to the 12-0 victory over Westridge in their five-inning mercy-rule victory in Thursday’s Prep League game.
She still wasn’t done.
Bronk added a double and finished with six RBIs and she scored twice.
Ali Ulin went 1 for 1 with two walks, two runs scored and an RBI.
Sarah Chin finished 2 for 2, walked and scored a pair of runs.
Vivian Wheeler scored a team-high three runs.
Westridge will host Firebaugh on Tuesday at 3:30 for their next Prep League encounter and Poly will welcome Chadwick at 3:30 as both schools have the next four days off from games.
